HKCTC Exhibition Production | Government Roving Exhibition
Reliable Partner connected design development, exhibition production and on-site event execution for the Testing and Certification Manpower Development Award Scheme 2025–2026. The scope covered layout and floor-plan planning, creative development, production, installation, venue coordination and dismantling for a roving exhibition.
From creative concepts, exhibition layouts, floor plans and production artwork, we organise images, text and information hierarchy for a clear public-facing display.
We translate the approved design and construction plan into four exhibition panels, display elements, an embedded-screen position and two illuminated display cubes.
We coordinate venue conditions, setting and installation at government, public and commercial locations, followed by dismantling and venue handover.
The government roving exhibition used a zig-zag structure comprising four panels and eight display faces, supported by an embedded screen and two illuminated display cubes. The content presented the Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification, the testing and certification industry, the Award Scheme and awardee information.
Unlike a fixed booth for one venue, a roving exhibition must consider dimensions, access, transportation, installation, lighting, display orientation and dismantling.
