1. Concept Development
We integrated the global perspective and contemporary aesthetics of an international financial brand to develop a booth concept that matched the stature and style of a major international summit.
2. Video Production
We produced dynamic promotional videos specifically for the LED screens at the booth, presenting HSBC’s global financial network, particularly its strategic presence across Asia and the Middle East, together with its brand story.
3. Booth Design
The booth design featured a stylish black and grey colour palette with streamlined overhead lighting. HSBC’s distinctive red-and-white hexagonal counter was incorporated as a three-dimensional feature, creating a strong visual focal point within the exhibition space.
4. Construction Planning and Venue Decoration
We carefully planned the on-site space and visitor flow, balancing the open photo opportunity area, consultation zone and discreet back-of-house storage facilities. This supported an attractive environment while maintaining efficient business interaction.
