Government exhibition production involves more than printing panels and setting up a display. It requires clear information planning, practical spatial design, site coordination, access planning, transportation, installation and dismantling.
This project used a roving exhibition format to present information about the testing and certification industry, the Award Scheme and recognised awardees. Reliable Partner supported the project from creative development, layout and floor-plan design through to site visits, construction planning, production, on-site installation and dismantling.
For government in-mall promotion campaigns and public-sector touring displays, the exhibition system must also respond to public access, visitor circulation, display orientation, lighting and venue requirements while maintaining a consistent presentation.
Reliable Partner was responsible for the design, production, installation and dismantling of the roving exhibition, covering the main stages from creative planning to venue execution.
Planning the exhibition layout, display direction, floor plan and overall spatial arrangement according to the content and venue conditions.
Developing the visual arrangement, image and text placement, graphic treatment and production-ready exhibition artwork.
Developing the panel arrangement, display format, information hierarchy, illuminated cubes and overall exhibition experience.
Reviewing venue space, access routes, installation positions and practical site conditions before production.
Preparing construction and production planning for the exhibition panels, display elements and on-site setting.
Coordinating access, installation timing, venue requirements, display positions and dismantling arrangements with the client and venues.
Producing the exhibition panels and display elements, followed by on-site setting and installation at the designated venues.
Dismantling the exhibition structure after each exhibition period, organising materials and coordinating venue handover.
The exhibition used a continuous zig-zag display structure comprising four panels and eight display faces, supported by an embedded screen and two illuminated display cubes.
