Reliable Partner’s Scope of Work
This case study documents the principal workstreams from design thinking and 3D visualisation through brand-artwork development, physical production and on-site decoration. The final scope for every project is confirmed according to the event schedule, venue rules, booth size, brand assets, product-display requirements and on-site operations.
| Service Scope | Focus in This Project |
|---|---|
| Design Concept | Developed FIZ’s tropical summer identity into a booth direction that combined product display, interactive play and product experience. |
| 3D Rendering | Visualised the relationship between display counters, storage, interactive area, standing area and vending machine within an approximately 8 m × 3 m space before production. |
| Artwork Design | Coordinated FIZ branding, beverage packs, palm trees, waves, sand-themed flooring, product information and promotional messages. |
| Production & On-site Decoration | Turned the approved concept into a completed booth with tiered display, dimensional graphics, suspended packs, scenic structures, floor graphics and on-site decorative elements. |
Creating a FIZ Brand Space Visitors Could See, Enter, Engage With and Experience
Fortune Mart (Hong Kong) Limited appointed Reliable Partner Co. Ltd. to create a booth for its FIZ beverage range at HKTDC Food Expo 2026. The project brought together tropical brand cues, beverage display and on-site participation in a walk-in brand environment.
Rather than functioning as a product counter alone, the booth created several reasons for visitors to notice and stay. From the aisle, suspended beverage packs, elevated FIZ branding and a lit palm-tree feature established the visual identity. At closer range, tiered product display, the 5.12-second challenge and a vending-machine experience offered multiple levels of engagement.
Starting with a Floor Plan that Balances Display, Operations and Visitor Flow
The installation guide set out an open booth layout of approximately 8 m wide by 3 m deep. It included front low display counters, internal high shelving, a cashier position, rear storage, a standing area, a photo opportunity and a vending-machine element. This zoning kept products visible at the front while reserving space for daily operations and visitor dwell time within the booth.
3D Design Renderings
The 3D renderings were used to review the overall visual hierarchy, product-display density, feature height, interactive-zone placement and relationship between each functional area. Views ranging from the main façade and overhead plan to product-display detail and interactive-zone perspectives enabled the concept to be clarified before production and kept design, artwork and production aligned.

From Brand Visuals to a Walk-in Environment
The installation guide records the use of matte graphic outputs, cut foam-board forms, layered dimensional effects and floor graphics. The completed booth extended flat brand visuals into tiered front displays, a dimensional FIZ sign, suspended beverage packs, palm-tree structures, wave forms and sand-and-wave floor graphics. Brand identity therefore shaped the visitor environment from above, in front and underfoot rather than remaining on a wall alone.
Booth production differs from ordinary graphic output because every element must not only reflect the brand but also work with the booth structure, viewing distance, product display, venue lighting and actual move-in arrangements. Final positions of selected elements can be adjusted on site to suit the completed spatial proportions and sightlines.
Completed Booth Photography
The installation programme was scheduled for 11 and 12 August 2026, ahead of the exhibition opening, with dismantling and clearance arranged afterwards. Together with the completed-booth photographs, these project records document how Reliable Partner carried the approved design concept through to the physical installation.
The completed booth retained the key structures and functional relationships visualised in 3D: tiered product display, suspended packs, elevated branding, a lit palm tree, the 5.12-second challenge, wave forms and a vending-machine experience zone. This before-and-after comparison provides direct evidence of the production and on-site delivery.

Building Participatory Brand Activation through Display, Interaction and Experience
For food and beverage brands at exhibitions, the challenge is to manage brand memorability, product visibility and on-site participation at the same time. This project placed these three layers in mutually supportive positions: product counters for close-range browsing; elevated branding and dimensional features for entry and aisle recognition; the 5.12-second challenge as a clear invitation to engage; and a vending machine as a functional special-price product-experience point.
The aim was not simply to add decoration. It was to clarify the relationship between product display, activation mechanism, on-site operations and visitor flow at the planning stage, then express each element through one consistent brand language.
